Wed – Sat: 11 am – 6 pm, Sun: 12 pm – 5 pm ![]() The "Artists of Conscience Galleries" were produced in conjunction with the "Phantom Galleries" project initiated by the Community Arts Council of Greater Victoria.
The “Phantom Galleries” aim to create beautiful displays of art in empty storefronts in order to build bridges between Victoria's downtown business community, local citizens, artists, politicians, educators and tourists. In so doing, the project helps to improve the economic atmosphere in Victoria and raise awareness and appreciation of the value and meaning of the arts to the community.
The Phantom Galleries sponsors are: City of Victoria, DVBA, DVCA, BCAC, Island Blue Arts Supplies, CRD, and BC Gaming. |
